Our Team
 

Rev. Dr. Gordon Wood, Founder and Executive Director of Return Ministries received the Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio; and the Master of Divinity degree and the Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. For the past twenty years Dr. Wood has pastored churches and served as a consultant to strife-torn congregations. He was once Television Director/Producer for WTVR (CBS) in Richmond, Virginia. Then, as a Management Consultant and an Associate of Walter V. Clarke Associates, he advised major US corporations and government agencies in the field of management and organizational effectiveness. Subsequently he headed Management Development for Honeywell Information Systems. He has taught college courses in management. He and his wife Paula have two married daughters.

Kevin Campbell, Director of Operations and Ministry Associate for Return Ministries, received the Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA. He is currently serving as pastoral assistant responsible for pastoral care and ministry development at Newton Presbyterian Church in Newton, MA. He has fifteen years of ministry experience throughout New England including Youth Pastor at the Newton Presbyterian Church. He has served as elder, as Interim Pastor and staff member of Young Life Ministries. Mr. Campbell is in the process of obtaining ordination. His pastoral calling is to congregations, pastors and denominations experiencing conflict. His goal is to be instrumental in assuring peace and unity among and within these entities. Mr. Campbell and his wife Debbie have three daughters.
 

Rev. Greg Smith, Ministry Associate for Return Ministries, received his Master of Divinity from Vancouver School of Theology, Vancouver, B.C., Canada. He is a candidate for the Doctor Ministry at Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana with an emphasis in conflict management. He has ten years of ministry experience in the Presbyterian Church (USA) in the Midwest, currently serving as pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Aplington, Iowa. Prior to being called as a Minister of Word and Sacrament, Greg Smith worked in the financial services field in Seattle, WA. Greg has been married to Rachel for 33 years, and is a proud parent of two adult children.
